Remember when Niall Horan was voted the number one hottest male? We're quite sure that the voters had not seen this unfortunate photograph of the star. Sorry Niall, looks like you've been the victim of a rather unfortunate candid photograph moment - It happens to the best of us! Compare this photograph of Niall to the more recent ones and you'll hardly recognize him.
#13 Harry Meets Koala
Come on Harry, koalas surely aren't that scary! This poor little Aussie critter was stoked to meet his biggest idol, but it seems as though Harry doesn't feel the same way...This awkward candid of Harry has us confused as to what was really going on with that koala. Was he just very heavy to hold, or was this the embarrassing moment the koala decided to 'go to the toilet' on the British lad?
#12 That's Got To Hurt
Yep, this really happened! It seems as though even the notoriously suave Harry Styles is not immune to the old "shoe thrown at the groin" trick. Must not have been a great fan, right? Or perhaps this fan got a little upset at the idea that Harry will most likely never marry her...Not only is this quite painful to watch, but it is also extremely cringe-worthy and even a little bit funny!

Yikes! Can you imagine the backlash this photograph would have received if Louis had done this once he was famous? Thankfully (before you gasp with shock), this is a doll and not a real baby - Phew! But the look on Louis' face is just priceless. Sorry Louis, but pretending to punch a very realistic doll of a baby is more than a little strange...

Unfortunately for Louis, there's nothing cool about wearing your mother's sunglasses, nor is there anything cool about the saying "cool dude". Ah Louis, this photograph is way too awkward - it's got everyone cringing! We would hope the young lad was being sarcastic when he took this photograph, but for some reason, we just don't think he was!

Louis Tomlinson might be one of the coolest guys now, but judging by some of his photographs from his MySpace, he certainly wasn't always such a charmer. The caption says it all really...it's Louis "wid a footie" on his head. Laughing out loud indeed! We wonder what his band mates would think of this hilariously awkward photograph? But then again, they're not exactly safe from awkward photographs themselves!

You're probably used to seeing all of the top fashion bloggers post photographs of their super hot outfits, so we couldn't help but laugh a little when we saw this photograph of Louis! The poor youngster must have thought he looked pretty dashing that day! We hate to break it to him, but that is most definitely the worst outfit we've ever seen the singer wear...the cargo pants, the crumpled shirt and that stance? What was he thinking?!

Zayn Malik might seem like the most mature member of One Direction, but it seems as though the talented singer wasn't always so grown-up! Just take a look at what he's doing in this photograph! We're sure his lady friends aren't so impressed now...Something makes us think the cheeky 1D lads are probably laughing so hard at this photograph though.

Before Zayn Malik was too cool for school, he was taking selfies with...a bag of fast-food? Awkward! It seems like the lad thought he was pretty cool here. Just take a look at that pout! This photograph must have been before the days of taking photographs with pretty fans and having every move and moment of his life idolized. Times certainly do change!
#3 Looks Like Rain
We're sorry, but even Harry Styles cannot pull off an umbrella hat (no matter how young he is). Fast forward many years and this boy would be sitting in the front row of Fashion Week! Either he thought there was a good chance of rain that day, or true to his cheeky personality, he wore it simply for a laugh. Either way though, this is probably one photograph that the ladies' man would not want us to see!
